One of Maison's favorite things to do right now is use old spices from the cabinet and mix them together along with some water or whatever else she can get her hands on. The one stipulation we give her is that she has to clean up her mess. Now, Maison is 4 so obviously she does not clean up every mess perfectly, but look at how cute she looked vacuuming up her latest concoction which she put together last night. It consisted of sugar, cinnamon, pine nuts (that were past their expiration date) and water. Yum yum! (No, we did not taste test!)
It was Maison's first time using the vacuum and she thought it was funny to put the hose on her arms and legs too!
What a cutie! She was very proud of herself. That makes 2 of us.

So cute! This is one of Charlie and Phoebe's favorite things to do, too! I also let them grab a handful of dry pasta or rice to make the "soup" more "substantive" - i.e., it makes a clinking sound while stirring.
